How did this get approved?

Terrible Support, No directions, Even the screenshot is from a different app.. How the heck did this get approved? Ive downloaded each of the free apps from this company; none of which have worked.. all of which are telling me to try the paid version.. however with the EXCELLENT ..scarcasm.. product so far; i cant even think of how I could possibly fork out 10 bucks to hopefully see a working item.
